Provides a forum for decision-making with groups.
It is private, confidential and voluntary.
Mediators facilitate a directed conversation so participants can express interests and concerns.
The mediator is a skilled neutral facilitator who does not provide advice or "take sides".
The goal of mediation is to come to a mutually acceptable resolution to problematic issues.

Eldercare mediation involves mediators specifically working with seniors and their families to help manage the transitions that occur with the aging process.

Eldercare Mediators have specialized training in Eldercare Mediation as well as Gerontology.

Living Arrangements
Relationships
Finances
Legal Issues
Health and Personal Care

The Mediation Process

Intake: I do an initial interview with each individual who will be involved with the mediation. This is usually in-person, but can be done over the phone if necessary.
Schedule: We work together to find the best time to meet - using technology to include those far away.
Location: The mediation can be at your home or chosen location to ensure your comfort.
Payment: Payment is expected at the time services are rendered.
